Jordan Urquhart isn’t shy about being an Estwing fan: “I’ve been in love with those leather handles since I was a little kid!”
His first hammer was a beat up old Estwing with a leather handle, given to him by his father. “It was in very rough shape, but the feeling of that handle was perfect,” Jordan said. “I have been using Estwing hammers and hatchets ever since and am a bit of a collector now.”
Whenever he comes across an old Estwing tool, he can’t resist taking it home and restoring it. Jordan even put together a special photo of his leather handle tool collection to celebrate Estwing’s 100-year anniversary.
He only has one piece of advice for Estwing: “Keep making those leather handles—we love them!”
